A Cumberland County man is charged with home improvement fraud after he stole $4,600 from a North Middleton Township resident, police said.
Barry A. Miller, 46,? of Mt. Holly Springs, is accused of taking the client?s money to repair a roof along Rellum Street and then never began work on it. Police say he refused to return the victim?s money after cashing the check.
Miller was charged Wednesday with theft, theft by deception and home improvement fraud.
He was taken to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is set for April 15.
